Free plan: If you register for our free plan (Kasosyo Free / ₱0 per month), this permission is granted as a condition of, and in exchange for, free access to the Service.
Paid plans: For paid subscriptions, this permission is entirely optional. We will only feature your business if you opt in (for example, by ticking the consent box at registration or telling us directly), and never as a condition of your subscription.
In either case, you may withdraw your permission at any time by emailing [email protected], after which we will stop using your business in new marketing materials (items already published or printed may not be retractable).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
