A transfer is not a day rate. The price depends on where the trip starts and ends, and customers ask for routes you have never quoted. Working it out by hand for each inquiry is slow, and slow loses the booking.

Here is what changes when the booking lives in one place.

Frequently asked questions

How are transfers priced?

By distance, using the per-kilometre rate you set, or by a flat rate on routes you have priced. If a route has no price, the customer can send a quote request instead.

Can I limit where I pick up and drop off?

Yes. You define your service area, so customers see where you operate.

Can I offer transfers and car rentals together?

Yes. Transfers, self-drive rentals and rentals with a driver all run from the same booking system and dashboard.

What happens when someone asks for a route I have not priced?

They send a quote request. It arrives in your dashboard, you reply with a price, and they can go on to book.
