How to connect your own domain to your booking website
On the Pro plan, enter your domain in your account's domain settings, add the DNS records shown there at your registrar, then verify. Once the TXT record is found, your domain becomes your website's main address and your free subdomain redirects to it.

Connect it in five steps
- Open the domain settings in your account and choose Custom Domain. It is available on plans that include it.
- Enter your domain without http://, for example yourbusiness.com or rentals.mycompany.ph.
- At your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and the like), add the records the page shows: a CNAME that routes visitors to your site, an optional CNAME for the www version, and the TXT record that proves you own the domain.
- Select Verify DNS. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to spread, and the system also re-checks automatically every 30 minutes.
- When it shows verified, your domain is live as your main address.
The records you add
The setup page prints the exact name and value for each record, so copy them from there rather than from a guide. The TXT record is required for verification. The CNAME only routes traffic, so the domain stays unverified until the TXT record is found.
If your registrar will not let you put a CNAME on the bare domain, the setup page also gives an A record to use instead.
If it will not verify
- Check the TXT record first: the host must be exactly as shown and the value must match.
- Turn off any CDN or proxy in front of the domain, such as the Cloudflare orange cloud. Set it to DNS only, because a proxy stops the SSL certificate from being issued. You can turn it back on afterwards if you need it.
- Wait for DNS to spread, then select Verify DNS again.
What happens once it is live
Your custom domain becomes the primary address and your subdomain, such as yourbusiness.carrentsaas.com, redirects to it, so existing links keep working. While the domain is waiting for verification, your site stays reachable on the subdomain.
Switching back
You can return to the free subdomain at any time. The custom domain is then removed and stops working, so update anything you have printed or posted first. Changing the subdomain itself also stops the old address immediately.
