Rates and pricing: daily, seasonal, discounts and coupons

Set a daily rate per vehicle, add seasonal rates for holidays and busy periods, lower the rate for longer rentals, and offer promo codes. Customers see your real rates and the total before they book.

Daily rates

Each vehicle has its own daily rate. Customers see the total for their exact dates, so you are not quoting by hand over chat.

Seasonal rates

Charge a different price for holidays and peak periods. Seasonal rates are available on plans that include them.

Flexible discounts and coupons

Flexible discounts lower the daily rate for longer rentals. Coupons are promo codes customers enter on the booking form, on plans that include them.

Transfers priced by distance

For pickup and drop-off bookings, set a price per kilometer, flat-rate routes and a service area. A route you have not priced becomes a quote request you answer yourself.

What currency are rates in?

Rates are in Philippine pesos, and overseas customers can be shown USD where you have set up a USD payment method.

Do customers see the total before they book?

Yes. They pick their dates and see the total at your real rates, including any seasonal rate or discount that applies, before they send the booking request.

Can I set different rates for holidays?

Yes. Seasonal rates let you set a different price for holidays and busy periods, and flexible discounts let you lower the daily rate for longer rentals.

Can I offer promo codes?

Yes, on plans that include Coupons. Customers enter the code on the booking form.
