Pickup and drop-off transfers: price by distance, by route or by quote

Three ways a transfer gets its price

• By distance: the distance between pickup and drop-off is measured and multiplied by the vehicle's per-kilometer rate.
• By flat-rate route: a fixed fare for routes you run often, such as an airport transfer. It replaces the per-kilometer price on that route.
• By quote: with no rate, or no matching route, the customer sends a quote request and you reply with a price.

Setting it up

Enable pickup and drop-off on the vehicle and enter its rate. Seasonal rates can override the transfer pricing for holidays and busy periods, and flat-rate routes are managed in the booking form settings.

Service area

In Settings, under Pickup & Drop-off, add the locations you serve to limit which pickups qualify. With none added, you serve anywhere and every pickup is priced by distance.

Paying for a transfer

Transfers collect a non-refundable downpayment rather than a security deposit. Customers pay by GCash, bank transfer or an online gateway on plans that include one, and the proof stays on the booking.

Route matching tip

Flat-rate routes match on the place text, zone or area the customer gives, so name your routes the way customers write them, and add the common variants. A pickup that matches no route falls back to distance pricing or a quote request.
