Online payment gateways: PayMongo, Xendit, Stripe and PayPal

You create your own account with PayMongo, Xendit, Stripe or PayPal and paste its keys into Settings, Payments. Customers then pay on your booking page and the booking confirms automatically. The money goes to your gateway account, not through CarRentSaaS.

Supported gateways

  • PayMongo: Philippine pesos only, with cards, GCash, Maya and GrabPay.
  • Xendit: cards, GCash, Maya and bank payments.
  • Stripe: credit and debit cards.
  • PayPal: a PayPal checkout button on the website booking page.

How to connect one

  1. Create your own account with the gateway and finish its approval.
  2. In your dashboard open Settings, then Payments.
  3. Paste in the gateway's keys and save.
  4. Make a small test booking to check that it pays and confirms.

Gateway or GCash and bank transfer?

You can use either or both. GCash and bank transfer work on every plan: the customer pays you and uploads the receipt, and you mark the booking paid. Online gateways are on plans that include Online payment gateways, so check the pricing page.

What the gateway decides

Gateway fees, payout times and whether your account is approved are decided by the gateway, not by CarRentSaaS. Check the gateway's own pricing before you switch it on.

Frequently asked questions

Does CarRentSaaS hold my customers' payments?

No. Payments go to your own gateway account or your own bank or e-wallet.

Can I use more than one gateway?

Yes. A business can connect more than one and also keep GCash and bank transfer.
