Reports and analytics: what each report shows

The four reports

• Revenue report: verified payment collections over the date range you choose.
• Bookings report: bookings by date range and status.
• Vehicle utilization: booking activity per vehicle, so you can see which cars earn and which sit idle.
• Customer bookings: bookings and spend per customer.

Who can see them

Owners and managers. Staff can work with bookings and customers but do not see the reports.

Exporting

The revenue report exports to CSV on plans that include CSV export, which is handy for your accountant. Scheduled reports can also be emailed to you, and you can switch them off in your notification settings.

Using them well

Check utilization monthly: a vehicle that is rarely booked may need a better rate or photos, or may not be worth keeping. Revenue counts verified payments, so verify payment proofs promptly to keep it accurate.
