Plans and billing: trials, upgrades and cancelling

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and the pricing page always shows what each plan includes and costs today.

Choosing a plan

Plans differ in vehicles, bookings, team members and features such as custom domain, business branding and priority support. Compare them side by side on the pricing page.

The free trial

When a trial is open you can start without a credit card. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of it: choose a plan before it ends, or the trial simply stops.

Changing or cancelling

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account. If you move to a plan with lower limits, you may need to archive vehicles or team members to fit.

When a subscription ends

After a plan expires there is a short grace period during which your storefront stays up while the admin is limited, so customers are not cut off the day it lapses.

Are there setup fees?

There is one flat price per plan. Our team can set up your fleet and branding for you if you ask.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Annual billing is available on most plans. The exact saving is shown on each plan's card on the pricing page.

Is there a free trial?
